Leo & Stripes ships handcrafted ostrich egg décor worldwide and regularly assists customers with international shipping, export documentation and customs requirements.

 
IMPORT & CUSTOMS: 

  • Please note that import duties, taxes and customs charges vary from country to country and are not included in our prices. Leo & Stripes is not liable for any such charges that may be levied in the destination country.
  • Leo & Stripes products are not subject to CITES requirements. Our décor is handcrafted from infertile, sterilised ostrich eggshells and exported worldwide as decorative home décor products. To our knowledge, there are currently no countries where this material is restricted by customs authorities. However, we recommend confirming local import requirements with your country's customs authorities prior to placing an order.
  • Every international shipment includes a veterinary certificate and Permit to Export Animal Products at an additional charge of R500 per order.
  • For export documentation purposes, we require a copy of the recipient's passport.
  • International orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
