We would like every customer to be delighted with their Leo & Stripes purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at hello@leoandstripes.com within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your order.
International orders, outlet products and customised products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any visible damage or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of signing the waybill and accompanied by photographs. If someone is accepting the delivery on your behalf, please ensure they inspect the package upon receipt.
If an item arrives damaged or an incorrect item has been supplied, Leo & Stripes will arrange and cover all return, replacement and delivery costs.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and the use of natural materials, variations in colour, texture, size, pattern and shape are not considered defects and do not qualify for a return, exchange or refund.
For change-of-mind purchases, products may be returned within seven (7) calendar days of receipt. Products must be unused, undamaged, unaltered and returned in their original packaging, including any veterinary certificates where applicable. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Returned products must be carefully packaged for transit. Any damage occurring during return transit remains the sender's responsibility.
Refunds will only be processed once the returned product has been received, inspected and confirmed to be in its original condition.
Please note that we are unable to replace or refund a product if it has been removed from the original shipment package and transported to a destination other than the original shipping address.
