EXCHANGES AND RETURNS (in brief)

• You have seven (7) calendar days to exchange or obtain a refund for your purchased Leo & Stripes product (this excludes the initial delivery fee).
• International orders, outlet products and customised products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• For a return to be accepted, the product(s) must be unused, undamaged, unaltered, without scratches, and in its original packaging, including veterinary certificates where applicable. 
• Any visible damages to a product must be reported within 48 hours of signing the waybill. 
• If you cannot accept the delivery personally, please ensure that the individual who accepts the package on your behalf checks for any potential damage.

• Please handle your ostrich egg products with the utmost care. Although they have a 

  somewhat durable shell, they can chip or break.
• Use a slightly damp cloth to clean and to remove any dust.
• Ensure that all metal parts are completely dry afterwards to avoid marks.
• Do not use any harsh chemicals, abrasive powders, metallic scourers, silver or brass cleaners.
