EXCHANGES AND RETURNS (in brief)

• You may request a return within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your Leo & Stripes product.
• For change-of-mind returns, products must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and original delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds will only be processed once the returned product has been received, inspected and approved by Leo & Stripes.
• If your item arrives damaged or an incorrect item has been supplied, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Leo & Stripes will arrange and cover all return, replacement and delivery costs.
• International orders, outlet products and customised products cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Please handle your ostrich egg décor with care. Although naturally durable, ostrich eggshells remain delicate decorative objects and may chip or break if dropped or handled roughly. 
• Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove dust and clean the eggshell.
• Ensure that all metal components are thoroughly dried afterwards to prevent water marks. 
• Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive powders, metallic scourers, silver cleaners or brass cleaners.
